This collaboration enhances our internal efforts and extends to our client engagements. We are now offering our clients, both existing and new, the chance to engage in a customized DEIB session. These sessions are led by Callia Hargrove, the innovative founder of Backstory Consulting. This move reflects our commitment to fostering inclusivity and diversity, enriching our agency’s work and our clients’ brands.

Every month, Krupa commits to neutralizing 0.5 metric tons (mT) of carbon emissions per team member with TerraPass. This adds up to 90 mT of carbon offset annually through diverse eco-friendly initiatives. Our projects range from capturing landfill gas and generating clean farm power to investing in clean energy, wind farms, and reclaiming methane from abandoned coal mines.
