Strategic Associate & Executive Coordinator to Founder of Krupa Consulting & The Goods Mart
The Founder of KRUPA and The Goods Mart is seeking a hands-on brand assistant to help support their roster of mission-driven brands across both of her companies. The ideal candidate wants to to roll up their sleeves and dive into PR and the retail world and be mentored by an industry veteran. Driven, energetic, creative, organized, and proactive, the brand assistant wants to grow within the company, always looking for learning opportunities. Candidates must have at least two years of experience in administrative and organization work; know the public relations and/or marketing landscape; love better-for-you, mission-driven products; and excel in all forms of communication.

- Experienced with Startups: You know the fast world of startups and can pivot quickly.
- Inquisitive & Project-Oriented: You ask important questions while using critical thinking to complete projects.
What You Will Do:
- Assist With New Business: You are the point person for new business with scheduling calls for the founder and taking notes during in-person meetings and select calls.
- Support Founder Projects: You are the project leader for all things founder-centered, whether helping with on-site interviews and tv shows to conferences and panels or creating systems of organization for her between both companies.
- Assist with The Goods Mart Brand: You are the right-hand-human to The Goods Mart CEO, bringing support to any and all areas like marketing assistance, sample organization, scheduling founder one-on-ones, event organization, and more.
- Assist with Krupa Consulting Brand: You are also the right-hand-human to The Krupa Consulting founder, supporting brand development and growth with administrative tasks like spreadsheets, new business organization, communication with Leadership to promote company growth and help her stick with deadlines.
- Be a Swiss Army Knife: Be able to support the founder across multiple projects that can arise last minute.
Salary Range: Depending on experience.
